Secure online credit card transactions:
Use our shopping cart to select items you wish to purchase.
You may add or delete an item at any time by clicking the symbols beside the quantity box.
Or you may click the "RECALCULATE" box at bottom of order.
When you have finished shopping, click "Go To Payments."
You will be prompted for your address and payment information.
All credit card details are collected on a SSL secure on-line form.

Ordering by Mail:
You may use our shopping cart to select the items you want. Then, print a copy of your order. Keep one for your records, and mail one to us along with your payment.
We also have a printable order form, if you do not wish to use the online shopping cart.
Or, just send us a note. Please include the item number, description and quantity.
Please include your complete shipping address, and an email address or telephone number.

Your credit card will not be processed until your item is ready to be shipped.

**Engraved items such as pet memorials or ID tags are not returnable unless we have made an error, but do email us with any concerns.
We currently offer $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping for most U.S. orders
We ship most orders via the U.S. Post Office.
Unusually large or heavy items and some orders to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping. We will notify you in advance if this is the case.
Once you place your order, we will email you the shipping charges for your approval, prior to processing your order.
There may be Customs taxes on your order once it arrives. We cannot tell you what these charges are, because they are levied by your country once the package arrives. Customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
International orders are shipped via the Post Office.
Delivery time varies greatly.
Orders normally arrive in about 2 weeks.
During the busy holiday season, orders may take longer.
Please keep this in mind when ordering, as we have no control over the delivery time.
Credit card data is collected utilizing SSL Secure Socket Layer encryption. This means that your information is submitted in an encrypted, or scrambled, form.
You will notice that when in this secure mode, your URL or the internet address for that page has changed to https:// (rather than http://).
