The Inky Paw Affiliate Program

GUIDELINES FOR AFFILIATE PROGRAM

1. Affiliates will be paid a 10% referral fee for products that are sold as a result of referral from their site. Referral fee is 10% of the sales price of all items sold. This sales price does not include shipping and handling fees, state sales tax, or other additional fees such as giftwrap charges.

2. Affiliates will be paid referral fees on a monthly basis, provided their account has reached $5.00. If an account has not reached this amount, the balance will be rolled over to the next month, and will be paid out after it reaches $5.00. Payments will be made approximately 15 days following the end of each month.

3. This program is open to Not-For-Profit animal rescue organizations and shelters. We reserve the right to make the determination of who will be allowed to participate in this program. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in and to make any changes to this affiliate program.

4. Our banner or links to our site may not be placed in "spam" or unsolicited email. We prohibit the use of unsolicited email to advertise our products by the Affiliate.

5. Affiliates will receive a userid and private password which allows them to login to their own Admin page where they can:

     View statistics and track sales allocated to their organization
     Browse graphics and copy the corresponding HTML code to create links on their web site
     Update personal details about their organization

(Note: Your Admin page will have "Mal's E-commerce" at the top. This is because "Mal's" handles our affiliate program)

6. Affiliates should wait for a second "Approval" email prior to adding links to their site.

7. An Affiliate's participation in our program implies acceptance of all of the above-mentioned guidelines.

Remind your web site visitors to use the link on your web site to get to The Inky Paw. That is how your group receives credit for the sale. When someone "clicks through" from your site to our site, our software "remembers" that they came from your site. This is done via a "cookie" so visitors should make sure cookies are enabled on their computer.
